I started this adventure in 2011, learning how to bead. Becoming bored with beading, I found a local wire working class. Since then, I've fallen in love with making jewelry. My friends suggested that I start selling my work on Etsy. 2012 I opened my shop Piccolina Jewelry.
Realizing that local businesses need support, I've joined two local groups: Seattle Metals Guild and Duvall Handmade. I've really enjoyed getting to know people in my home town. In 2014, I wanted to make my business full time and my husband convinced me to learn how to make metal jewelry.
I've taken many classes at North Seattle College for jewelry design. I'm enjoying manipulating and soldering metal!
